The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties, or Ground Chuck. That means you can get premium cuts such as Filet Mignon and T-Bones for as low as $6.00 a pound.
All cows are taken in at the beginning of the month, processed, dry aged for 21 days for the best flavor prepared at the end of each month. We will contact you for pickup/delivery information.
