The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties, or Ground Chuck. That means you can get premium cuts such as Filet Mignon and T-Bones for as low as $6.00 a pound.
The quarter beef order may fit in most traditional refrigerator/freezer combo units, but we still recommend have a small chest or upright freezer available as it may take up to 5 cubic feet of space.
All cows are taken in at the beginning of the month, processed, dry aged for 21 days for the best flavor and will be custom prepared at the end of each month. We will contact you for pickup/delivery information.
