For the hungry family, our whole beef order is the way to go. With the largest variety you can ensure you will get the everyone's favorite cut. Be prepared, as a whole beef order will take the full space of a chest or upright freezer unit, roughly 18 cubic feet of space needed.
A half of beef is approximately 400lbs of beef.

The cuts usually consist of 20-25% Steaks, 25-35% Roasts, Stew Meat & Short Ribs, and 40-50% Ground Beef, Patties, or Ground Chuck. That means you can get premium cuts such as Filet Mignon and T-Bones for as low as $6.00 a pound.
All cows are taken in at the beginning of the month, processed, dry aged for 21 days for the best flavor and will be custom prepared at the end of each month. We will contact you for pickup/delivery.
